More you absorb LIGHT into your system, your physical body becomes lighter.  Bringing more light into yourself can make you lighter.

 

This is interesting.

 

I have not been dieting or exercising more than usual. However I am losing weight. I feel a little skinnier. With Christmas coming up, I am eating lot more goodies even!

 

I wonder if the amount of LIGHT I am bringing into my system has changed and making itself felt in this way.

 

Any thoughts?
